Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French Required) for a full-time, on-site position in Milton, Ontario. You will help French and English-speaking customers with orders, product questions, pricing, shipping, and online ordering while working within a structured and collaborative customer service environment. Compensation: $32 to $36 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Location: Milton, Ontario, on-site Vacancy Status: This is an existing vacancy with immediate availability. What You’ll Do You will be a dependable point of contact for customers, providing clear and helpful service in both French and English. You will work with an established team and modern customer service tools to resolve inquiries, process orders, and make each interaction as straightforward as possible. Training is provided to help you build strong knowledge of the products, services, ordering processes, pricing, and shipping options you will discuss with customers. Responsibilities Process customer orders and respond to inquiries in a collaborative customer service environment. Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and chat in both French and English. Assist customers with website navigation and online ordering. Answer questions related to products, pricing, availability, orders, and shipping. Develop strong product and service knowledge through training and ongoing experience. Provide accurate, consistent, and courteous customer support. Work closely with team members to maintain reliable service standards. Qualifications Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Previous customer service experience is an asset. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and chat. Able to learn product information and customer service systems through provided training. Dependable, organized, and comfortable working within a structured, team-oriented environment.
