APT is a local family owned / operated business. For over 40 years APT Auto Parts has been providing quality aftermarket parts for the collision industry throughout Canada. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our outstanding team of professionals as we continue to expand our business.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in over-the-phone customer service.
- Good Computer Skills a must
- Manage high volume phone sales
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to listen and assist as required
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of vehicle body parts an asset
- Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Be well organized and possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and a sense of fun!
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of requests; answering questions; offering assistance.
- Initiates service by recording requests and entering orders.
- Follows company policies and procedures when discussing purchasing discounts.
- Improves quality results by evaluating processes; recommending changes.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as required.
