Field Sales Representative (B2B Wholesale) – Commission Only

East Coast Lubricants Location: Nova Scotia (Field-Based) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: 100% Commission + Monthly Expense Reimbursement

This is a 100% commission-only, field sales role. There is no base salary or hourly wage.

Approved travel-related business expenses are reimbursed in accordance with the company’s expense policy.

Company Overview

East Coast Lubricants is a growing wholesale distributor of premium automotive engine oils, serving auto repair shops, dealerships, and fleet operators across Nova Scotia. We are expanding our sales footprint and seeking a driven, field-based B2B sales professional to grow and manage wholesale accounts.

Compensation

  • 100% commission – uncapped
  • Earnings based on new account acquisition and repeat orders
  • Monthly expense reimbursement up to $1,500 (travel-related expenses)
  • Realistic earning potential for active performers: $60,000–80,000+ annually
  • Top performers earn more as their account base grows

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and cold-call auto repair shops, dealerships, and fleet operators
  • Conduct in-person sales visits across Nova Scotia
  • Open new wholesale accounts and close deals
  • Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Assist customers with online ordering and reordering
  • Consistently follow up and manage your territory independently

This role requires daily field activity, persistence, and strong closing discipline.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or outside sales
  • Automotive, industrial, or wholesale sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required)
  • Comfortable working independently without direct supervision
